He is passionate about barbecue and according to his followers he delivers every time. Clyde has competed with the International Barbecue Cookers Association and the Outlaw Barbecue Association. He has multiple awards which include, Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and several top 10 finishes for Brisket, Ribs and Chicken.
The food truck is located right next to Cypress Creek Southern Ales Brewery across from the Farmers Market in Winnsboro. They are open on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can enjoy some of the finest craft beer in Texas along with your BBQ. Enjoy breakfast taco’s from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. At 11:00 am you can order your choice of BBQ with your choice of sides.

I have been watching this pitmaster hone his craft for years now. From competition BBQ to handcrafted catering services, he puts it all together for the good! Absolutely a top ten joint that has yet to be discovered by Texas Monthly. (And that’s because he just went public). The BBQ he served up this weekend was tremendous. You won’t find any selects or choice meats here, prime and wagyu are what he deals in! If you see him in Winnsboro, you MUST not miss this que! Get it Clyde…delish!!!
I didn’t even leave the parking lot to write this review, it was that good. My husband had their jalapeño white cheddar mac and cheese loaded with chopped brisket and I had the turkey sandwich with a small order of the loaded mac on the side. We cannot overstate how delicious this was! There wasn’t one thing that stood out more than the other, it was all so good!
