Following a career in banking and finance, Wylie transitioned to the outdoor kitchen business. As he learned all aspects of the field, from retail to logistics to construction, he cultivated a love for Texas BBQ. He has been honing his skills on the pit and is ready to pursue the dream of providing the best food and BBQ experience possible for the Winnsboro community and beyond.

If you prefer to pick up and take your BBQ home, please stop by and place your order in person Or you may call ahead as early as 9:15am. We are not able to answer the phone during service hours as we give our in-house customers our full attention. We hope to have online ordering available in the future.
